This is probably my second favorite I've ever made. Her name's Chibi-Lilith, but I call her Lily for short. The base doll's by Emby Quinn. And if you can recognize all the obscure costumes this doll has, I'll give you a cookie.

A couple of her outfits are probably unfinished and there's a lot of music so it takes up about 400K, but it's still a cute set. This one was entirely drawn by myself, and there are lots of FKiSS effects.
